With the Mazak VTC-800/30SR, foratron GmbH possesses a new 5-axis CNC milling machine for high-performance, flexible, and precise manufacturing applications. The Mazak VTC-800/30 SR is specifically designed for efficient processing in small and large batch sizes and is suitable for a wide range of metal cutting manufacturing requirements.
A particular advantage – the machine is capable of processing workpieces up to a length of 3,000 millimeters. With axis travel paths of 3,000 mm (X-axis), 800 mm (Y-axis), and 720 mm (Z-axis), the VTC 800/30SR offers excellent machining capabilities for a wide variety of workpieces.
Additionally, the machine features an NC rotary table, a swivel head that tilts 110° in both directions, and 70-bar high-pressure cooling for internal cooling.
